Services are provided to individuals aged 18 and over in all five boroughs of New York City.

Scope of Position:
• Serve as a representative for all business services offered at the PA CareerLink® offices in Luzerne County. Work with employers to promote job leads and match program participants to employers’ job openings and paid work experience opportunities.
• Concentrate on serving various populations including youth, young adults, dislocated workers, low-income adults and reentrants. Placing individuals into full-time and life-sustaining employment once job ready, as well as the Paid Work Experience component, which entails recruiting and cultivating relationships with employers to identify them as worksites, participant matching to worksites, job coaching of participants, and monitoring of paid work experience placements
• Provide one-on-one and group assistance to program participants. This may include providing job leads, advocating to employers, resume building and critique, facilitating workshops and activities, and other duties as assigned
