Scope of Position

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned service providers, respecting common mission statement and their key area of service expertise
  • Identify key deliverables for each assigned service provider, and partner to build and implement a strategy plan in line with community program timeline
  • Partner with service provider to ensure that full scope of work, contract, and budget are reviewed and approved timely by funder
  • Manage communications to service provider and respond to questions and support requests
  • Ensure accurate and regular reporting of data on all services provided by assigned service providers

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Meet with assigned service provider to learn about their missions, company culture, and employee of record on-boarding, training, and benefit details. Collaborate with coordinating agency if these employee of record services are needed.
  • Offer technical guidance on invoicing process and any scope or invoice modifications required
  • Leverage coordinating agency resources to support service provider with start-up activities
  • Schedule service provider staff for all required community program trainings, professional development, and platform trainings for myOneFlow data entry
  • Offer virtual and/or on-site support for marketing service provider’s job openings, hiring, and on-boarding to the community program team
  • Meet with assigned service provider’s leader(s) biweekly to review program timeline, current status, data analysis, and key performance indicators
  • Coordinate closely with all stakeholders and providers to ensure that each service provider is operating in collaboration and cadence with other providers
  • Engage in meetings when any changes to services and partnership are needed or improvements are recommended
  • Ensure that all service provider staff are full trained and updated on program policies
  • Responsible for answering questions related to monthly invoicing on subcontracts
  • Implement project management skills, tools, and methods
  • Demonstrate fluid approach to work and actively be part of continuous improvement

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, liberal arts or related area is required
  • Experience in business, training, project management, and/or case management required
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be comfortable with local travel and have access to reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent writing and proofing skills
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
