Scope of Position

  • Oversee and provide analytical overview of day-to-day data processing, quality assurance procedures, and reporting to ensure successful contract benchmarks across all service providers in the Philadelphia Community Program
  • Responsible for leading the myOneFlow training, technical assistance and reconciling monthly reports on program outputs.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the Transitional Job team on payroll and wage expenditures
  • Review and assess all policies in regard to data capture and relation to the program outcome objectives
  • Support and improve program operations, data capture, and report writing and generating capabilities. Oversee performance numbers related to prescribed performance goals and invoicing


Essential Functions

  • Work with leadership team and direct staff to ensure effective and efficient data management, service delivery and compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures
  • Analyze performance, and compile and submit both monthly reports to funder and relevant stakeholders; develop quality improvement plans when necessary
  • Enter, edit, retrieve, and validate data in appropriate tracking and databases, and perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and prepare reports related to program activities
  • Manage the development of new project reports and modification of current reports as needed
  • Provide timely performance status reports and review
  • Collaborate across staff to ensure prompt support is provided re: performance tracking and billing questions
  • Provide technical support for myOneFlow to all service providers
  • Present data and report to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs, tables and other such methods
  • Collaborate with other staff to identify and relay quality assurance service gaps to support staff development and program data improvement
  • Execute cross-functional team collaboration to identify barriers to performance measures
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the maintenance of performance, record keeping, distribution of data along with other types of office/program systems


Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience in various learning management systems and/or customer relationship management platforms required
  • Experience in analyzing data and translating data into reporting formats for a stakeholder audience
  • Must be willing to work a hybrid work schedule, with travel across Philadelphia County as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • 3-5 years of data management experience
