Then the Receptionist position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.

 

As Receptionist, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the staff and customers. You will also answer telephones, greet, and assist customers, enter data, and perform other general office duties.

Responsibilities

Successful Elements:

· Answer telephones, greet and assist customers

· Responsible for having all customers sign in upon arrival, directing them to appropriate area or person

· Assess reason for customer visit, and provide resources and next steps including directing to the appropriate team member

· Direct customers to the appropriate resource or staff member

· Maintain knowledge of employment opportunities and training programs available and make accurate assessments and next steps.

· Understand and be trained in career development services, and facilitate career development activities as needed: hosting and coordinating virtual events,workshops and orientation

· Assist in marketing open opportunities and creating job postings

· Run reports, and lists for participant engagement

· Conduct customer outreach for follow up, invite to appointments and employment status.

· Oversee office and customer flow and develop plans for on-site events

· Maintain working knowledge of all staff and office related functions and processes

· Maintain office calendar via Microsoft Outlook

· Open and disburse mail to appropriate staff member

· Perform data entry of customer information into a database and all other data entry as required.

· Manage office supplies and ensure resources necessary to operate are available to team members and customers

· Manage inventory for technology related items, refill copies machines and printers.

· Place orders for replenishment of supplies.

· Other opportunities as available

Qualifications

Required Experience:

· Experienced in answering telephones in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines

· Knowledge of various types of office equipment

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

· Experience in high volume data entry, with accuracy

· Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude

· Ability to provide exceptional customer service

· Wiliness to learn, and take initiative

· Previous office experience required
