Employer Services Supervisor

Salary $52,000 year

Successful Elements:

• Overall responsibility for building business relationships with current, former and new customers/employers while overseeing activities for the Business Services Team
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Business Service Team, and assist in the training of all BSRs
• Work with the team to develop system-wide process flows for communication of all job orders, On-the-Job Trainings and Incumbent Worker Trainings
• Develop strategic quarterly business plans to ensure the team will achieve all success indicators
• Ensure and monitor the team’s compliance with program specific regulations and requirements and provide ongoing coaching to improve the team’s individual and collective performance

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service required
• 1-3 years of Professional/Supervisory/Leadership experience required
• Ability to make presentations to large groups of people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products required
• Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license & clean driving record required
• Ability to travel up to 25%
