Scope of Position
Oversee and provide an analytical overview of data processing, quality assurance procedures, and reporting to ensure successful contract benchmarks across programs. Support and improve program operations, data capture, and report writing and generating capabilities.
· Work with the leadership team and direct staff to ensure effective and efficient data management, service delivery, and compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures
· Analyze performance, compile and submit both internal database and CWDS reports; develop quality improvement plans when necessary
· Enter, edit, retrieve, and validate data in appropriate tracking and databases and perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and prepare reports related to program activities; ensure data entered on the required system(s) is current, accurate, and timely
· Ensure that contract benchmarks/performance standards are being met
· Invoice support and data reconciliation of payments for On-the-Job Training Contracts, Individualized Training Accounts, Incumbent Worker Training Contracts, etc.
· Generate a list and email EDSI’s Customer Satisfaction Survey to customers who have exited the programs
· Create solutions to any processes that hinder meeting performance goals
· Complete weekly and monthly reports as required by the funder and/or EDSI management; monitor goals to determine if actionable steps are required
· Act as liaison between the funder and EDSI administrative staff on issues concerning billing and performance numbers
· Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to billing and performance tracking
· Develop, implement, and oversee the maintenance of files; review eligibility and ensure data validation is correct, including CWDS uploaded documentation
· Develop curriculum and provide instruction to participants preparing for GED exam, as needed
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
· Excellent written skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience with data entry, analyzing data, invoicing, and billing
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related area is preferred
· Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel among the Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, and Pottsville sites
