To provide clerical and administrative support to the staff and customers. Answer telephones, greet and assist customers, and perform other general office duties.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and take messages/transfers to the designated parties in a pleasant and professional manner
Greet participants and visitors
Receive and distribute correspondence and daily mail
Provide clerical assistance in the form of copying, faxing, etc.
Prepare material/packages for mailing
Keep track of supply inventory
Perform data entry
Responsible for having all customers sign in upon arrival and directing them to appropriate area or person
Provide effective communication and information regarding available services to customers
Schedule customers for orientation
Create participant file folders
Assist with monthly file audits

Experienced in answering telephones in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
