Title: Quality Control Coordinator
Classification: Non-Exempt
Scope of Position
• To oversee performance numbers related to invoicing and prescribed
performance goals for the Division Office. The Quality Control Coordinator will
also be responsible for the integrity of the participant file folders.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions
• Coordinate with the CAO regarding participants in the program
• Review participant file folders
• Scan all participant file folders
• Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues
related to billings and performance tracking
• Provide regular status reports and other requested data for the Manager
• Provide regular status reports and other requested data for EDSI administrative
staff
• Ensure data entered on the required system(s) is current and accurate
• Enter data into all systems
• Meet deadlines with consistency
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues
• Attend data meetings as required
• Perform monthly data reconciliations
• Complete multiple audits monthly, also responsible for ISO

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements
• Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Should have previous experience with invoicing and billing
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel (charts, graphs, sorting, formatting,
formulas, pivot tables)
• Detailed knowledge of guidelines and/or willingness and ability to provide
answers to staff on programmatic questions
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook to manage and arrange appointments and
meetings
• Ensure that staff adheres to directives in the EDSI Handbook and be able to
deliver disciplinary measures when needed
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record required
