The Administrator will be responsible for the management of daily operations of the partner agencies within the PA CareerLink® Berks County, as defined by the Berks County Workforce Development Board (WDB). The Administrator will support the implementation of the Partner Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) as defined by Berks County WDB and the mandated partner agencies. The Administrator serves as the Functional Leader of the PA CareerLink® Berks County and provides vision and direction to the staff. The Administrator ensures the successful integration of services from all funding streams to better serve customers and businesses. The Administrator provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensures contract goals are met on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

· Provides overall coordination of partners’ efforts and communication with the Berks County Workforce Development Board (WDB) staff

· Coordinates and participates in meetings with WDB and prepares reports as required

· Works with the WDB to develop marketing plans and materials

· Ensures accurate data collection and recording

· Builds relationships with human services and educational organizations

· Maintains relationships with and convene quarterly meetings with MOU partners

· Assists in defining roles and responsibilities of partners required for the MOU

· Manages staff and budgets

· Ensures all required reports and supporting documentation are distributed

· Ensures the center is in compliance with all federal, state, WIOA and WDB policies in the

provision of services to job seekers and employers

· Monitors and reviews all evaluation metrics

· Presents performance reports and provide corrective action solutions to the WDB

· Maintains compliance to all federal/state accessibility requirements and related policies

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Thorough knowledge of WIOA regulations and state policies

· Experience in managing people and building and maintaining coalitions and partnerships

· Experience in career counseling and business outreach

· Bachelor's degree in business, economics, education or human resources, or related

experience in business, management, professional training, adult teaching or sales

· Ability to converse with a large range of professionals and demonstrate a positive,

professional attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
