and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.
As a Community Workforce Connector, you will be responsible for building relationships with
agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations to connect participants
to available services and to aid individuals who need further assistance.

Responsibilities

Successful Elements:
• Meet with agencies to build a positive, collaborative working relationship
• Meet with educational institutions to learn about their programs and services
• Meet with community organizations to learn about their missions and share information
about our mission and goals
• Work with the Career Advisors to determine if additional partner agencies and employers
are desired to meet the needs of our customers
• Disseminate information about our program to community-based organizations
• Actively communicate with, and update, community-based organizations on our program
• Act as liaison between various departments to meet customer needs

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Experience in human services, sales, training, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Regional travel is required
