Serve as the functional leader of the PA CareerLink® Centers for NWPA JobConnect. Provide management of community partnerships and facilities oversight. Ensure successful integration of services from all funding streams to better serve customers and businesses. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Act as a liaison to partners. Provide vision and direction to the staff. Ensure contract goals are met.
• Provide overall coordination of partners’ efforts and communication with the NWPA Job
Connect staff
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with NWPA Job Connect and prepare reports as
required
• Collaborate with Site Administrators to ensure effective service delivery and daily operations
• Provide direct support to the Training and Engagement Coordinator
• Work with NWPA Job Connect and Training and Engagement Coordinator to develop
marketing plans and materials
• Ensure accurate data collection and recording
• Build relationships with human services and educational organizations
• Assist in defining roles and responsibilities of partners required for the MOU
• Maintain relationships with and convene quarterly meetings with MOU partners
• Ensure all required reports and supporting documentation are distributed
• Ensure the Center is in compliance with all federal, state, and WIOA policies in the
provision of services to jobseekers and employers
• Monitor and review all evaluation metrics
• Present performance reports and provide corrective action solutions to NWPA Job Connect
• Other opportunities as available
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, education, or human resources preferred,
or related experience in business, management, professional training, adult teaching or
sales
• Thorough knowledge of WIOA regulations and state policies
• Experience in managing people and building and maintaining coalitions and partnerships
• Ability to converse with a large range of professionals and demonstrate a positive,
professional attitude
• Experience in career counseling and business outreach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• A valid driver's license & clean driving record required
