Are you goal driven? Then the OSO Site Administrator position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.

 

The Site Administrators will be responsible for the management of daily operations of the PA CareerLink®, as defined by the NWPA Job Connect. The Site Administrator will ensure the successful integration of services from all funding streams to better serve customers and businesses and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

 

This role covers Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Venango, and Warren.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall coordination of partners’ efforts and communication with NWPA Job Connect
staff
• Ensure accurate data collection and recording
• Build relationships with human services and educational organizations
• Provide direct support to Customer Service Representatives
• Ensure all required reports and supporting documentation are distributed
• Ensure the center is in compliance with all federal, state, and WIOA policies in the provision
of services to jobseekers and employers
• Monitor and review all evaluation metrics
• Present performance reports and provide corrective action solutions to NWPA Job Connect
• Other opportunities as available

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, education or human resources preferred, or related
experience in business, management, professional training, adult teaching or sales
• Thorough knowledge of WIOA regulations and state policies
• Experience in managing people and building and maintaining coalitions and partnerships
• Ability to converse with a large range of professionals and demonstrate a positive, professional
attitude
• Experience in career counseling and business outreach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
