Salary $48,000 year
To provide talent employment solutions to jobseekers through effective employer relationships, specifically focusing on Rapid Response and Business Services at the Rapid Response Transition Center.
· Develop and maintain employer relationships to connect former Crozer Employees with hiring opportunities, emphasizing rapid response initiatives.
· Connect employers and jobseekers through rapid response activities, recruitment events, and employer-sponsored interview days at the Rapid Response Transition Center.
· Create, generate, and submit job postings tailored to the needs of employers participating in rapid response.
· Continually review business opportunities to identify potential rapid response engagements.
· Contact employers by phone or in person to schedule face-to-face meetings, focusing on rapid response and transition services.
· Perform initial and follow-up client visits as necessary to ensure successful rapid response outcomes.
· Develop and execute a marketing/advertising plan to promote rapid response services and business solutions.
· Educate employers on the services offered by the Rapid Response Transition Center.
· Provide employer database technical assistance to ensure accurate tracking of rapid response activities in CWDS.
· Follow up with Rapid Response Transition Center employees to ensure that client expectations are met.
· Develop a network for potential business leads related to the rapid response to the Crozer Health System closure and any other closures as a result.
· Represent the Rapid Response Transition Center at conferences, meetings, and selected social functions as required.
· Network at Chamber of Commerce and other business events to develop business leads for rapid response services.
· Enter employer information into all appropriate databases and monitor employer activities related to rapid response.
· Provide, as required, target estimates or goals and periodic progress reports on rapid response initiatives.
· Meet performance criteria on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, specifically for rapid response services.
· Work with the OJT Coordinator to place jobseekers in training with employers participating in rapid response programs.
· Recruit candidates for OJT and WEX positions. Write OJT training plans, receive OJT reimbursement documents, check them for accuracy, and create invoices.
· Conduct Talent Connect - a weekly orientation to WIOA services and recruiting event for jobseekers, with a focus on rapid response.
· Customer service and business service experience.
· Able to work with the various partners and team providing rapid response services.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
· A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record required
