Are you goal driven? Then the Performance Analyst position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.

 

Support and improve program operations, data capture, customer flow and report writing and generating capabilities. Oversee performance related to invoicing and NWPA Job Connect performance goals. Responsible for the integrity of the participant file folders.

Responsibilities

• Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are
efficient and effective
• Perform detailed data analysis of center operations
• Act as the liaison between the NWPA Job Connect and EDSI administrative staff on
issues concerning billing and performance numbers
• Develop, implement and oversee the maintenance of filing, record keeping, distribution
of materials and other types of office/program systems
• Evaluate and standardize office procedures and effectively troubleshoot and resolve
issues
• Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to
billing and performance tracking
• Provide regular status reports and other requested data for the Manager and EDSI
administrative staff
• Ensure data entered on the required systems is current, accurate and timely
• Retrieve and organize critical operations reports
• Present data and reports to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs,
tables and other such methods
• Create customer lists to support teams in focusing their efforts
• Determine where improvements can be made to center operations, based on analysis
• Assist with staffing logistics
• Implement and adhere to the Quality Assurance System
• Provide research and support for critical team decisions
• Track, report and ensure compliance with procedures regarding ISO auditing
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics or a related area
• Data analysis experience required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with invoicing and billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• A valid driver's license & clean driving record required
