Title: Lead Facilitator
Classification: Exempt
Scope of Position
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with site leadership and staff
• Serve as a point of contact for facilitator team members and center-wide staff at their assigned CareerLink® site
• Provide leadership and support for site facilitators
• Approving time and time off requests from staff members
• Coordinate with assigned site to schedule workshops and events in designated classrooms
• Maintain a classroom conducive to learning
• Model positive and professional behavior
• Deliver workshops at each Center on a regular basis to engage customers and prepare them with the skills they
need to find jobs
• Provide workshops to EARN Program customers to help them meet their required hours
• Develop effective promotional materials and strategies for Center staff to use in promoting workshop attendance
• Support the use of virtual tools and services
• Support all of the service teams
Essential Functions
• Complete assigned site’s monthly and weekly Product Box Calendar
• CWDS Event Support for site’s calendar and events
• Conduct quarterly and annual employee performance reviews in Paylocity
• Coordinate with local team on workshop development support and delegation
• Update on a weekly basis the digital signage and TV slides, in collaboration with the Digital Media Producer
• Ensure the CRC has up to date and restocked materials and handouts
• Partner with the Rapid Response team on off-site Product Box services
• Manage team coverage
• Create and maintain an environment that promotes opportunities for quality interaction and learning through:
o Establishing clear expectations and encouraging client accountability
o Implementing a structure and plan consistent with prescribed curriculum goals
o Maintaining an awareness of differences in individual learning styles and strengths
• Implement quality instructional practices
o Vary methods of instruction to encourage attention and interest
o Utilize materials and activities to respond to differences in learning styles
o Facilitate active learning
o Demonstrate an awareness and commitment to the balance of individual and group needs
o Complete identified curriculum tasks including job readiness, portfolio documentation and preparation
for interviewing

Education and Experience Requirements
• Experience in training, education or career development
• Able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
• Experience in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, training, human resources, liberal arts or related area is preferred
• Experience in e-learning design or instructional design is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
