Overview

Site Administrator

Status:  Exempt

Salary:  $62,000-$65,000 year

 

Scope of Position: Serve as the Functional Leader of the CareerSource Centers, managing daily operations. Provide vision and direction to the staff. Ensure successful integration of services from all funding streams to better serve customers and businesses. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Act as a liaison to partners. Ensure contract goals are met on a daily basis.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the One-Stop Operator in providing overall coordination of partners’ efforts and communication with CareerSource Hillsborough Pinellas (CSHP) staff
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with the One-Stop Operator and prepare partner reports as required
  • Work with the One-Stop Operator to develop marketing plans and materials
  • Ensure accurate data collection and recording
  • Build relationships with human services and educational organizations
  • Maintain relationships with and participate in quarterly meetings with MOU partners
  • Assist in defining roles and responsibilities of partners required for the MOU
  • Organize and execute events designed to engage community partners with one another, WDB staff and our constituencies
  • Assist with management of partner portal ensuring timely response to referrals by internal and external service providers, managing staff account access and running reports
  • Ensure all required reports and supporting documentation are distributed
  • Manage the logistics required for partners to host employer events and meetings through the CSHP Facilities Coordinator
  • Ensure the CareerSource Center is in compliance with all federal, state, WIOA and CSHP policies and procedures
  • Monitor and review all evaluation metrics
  • Maintain compliance with all federal/state accessibility requirements and related policies

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of WIOA regulations and state policies
  • Experience in managing people and building and maintaining coalitions and partnerships
  • Experience in career counseling and business outreach
  • Ability to converse with a large range of professionals and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • A valid driver's license is required
