Overall responsibility for building business relationships with current, former, and new clients
· Conduct outreach calls to area employers and send emails with the intent of setting up informative meetings that will educate businesses on all CareerLink® services
· Coordinate and host job fairs and hiring events
· Screening and refer qualified individuals to job openings
· Develop work-based training opportunities with local businesses, including incumbent worker training, OJTs, apprenticeships, and youth work experience.
· Build strong relationships with the employer community in Delaware County
· Work in partnership with all PA CareerLink® Delaware County staff, including local providers, to help fill job leads.
· Partner with the DCWDB to establish a cadence of communication, including regular meetings and submission of performance reports
· Promote all facets of business services, including work-based learning opportunities, recruitment events, and information on tax credits and training funds, to raise awareness and increase utilization of PA CareerLink® Delaware County by employers.
· Share employer success stories through videos and testimonials that highlight the benefits of utilizing services.
· Attend all key events, join relevant associations, and host networking events at local employers, union facilities, and at the PA CareerLink® Delaware County.
· Ensure job seekers are appropriately prepared to engage with employers by providing resources, referrals, and documentation of services.
· Promote employer partner opportunities and prescreen, coach, and refer job seekers to employers through virtual or in-person Interview Prescreen Days.
· Host application sessions where staff will assist jobseekers on the completion of online applications.
· Offer monthly educational webinars for employers on a variety of topics
· Meet performance criteria on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
· Conduct Job Task Analysis as requested.
· Enter employer information into all appropriate databases and monitor employer activities

• Marketing and sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be comfortable making presentations to large groups of people.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Valid Driver’s License and an automobile are required.
