As Career Coach, you will manage the overall function of the recruitment and fulfillment process. This includes working with the Account Managers to determine places to recruit, working with the hiring client to understand needs, and screening potential candidates to effectively identify qualified candidates for referral to employers, resulting in their hire.

 

Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment (PACE) Workforce Development Program focuses on maximizing education, training, and career exploration for participants so they can develop well-rounded and adaptable skills that will position them for success across multiple industries and roles and connect them to employment that align with their interests and goals.

Responsibilities

Successful Elements:

  • Implement recruiting processes and initiatives
  • Receive and review resumes of job applicants including screening for job openings, assessing skills and job readiness
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and information sessions for hiring
  • Develop contacts at colleges and universities
  • Communicate with team regarding position openings and share suggestions of improvement to recruitment and sales teams
  • Communicate with leadership regarding all postings and openings
  • Work with the leadership team to plan, implement, and track customized recruitment projects to meet the specific needs of each business client
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates per industry including constant engagement and reengagement of clients via phone and email
  • Manage onsite and offsite recruitment events on behalf of employers
  • Understand, in detail, the needs of business clients regarding their open job opportunities
  • Track progress for weekly reports to reach weekly and quarterly goals by maintaining high activity levels
  • Enter employment information into database within 24 hours
  • Other opportunities as available

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in recruiting, case management, account management, or a related business relationship management capacity
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Russian skills preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
