Overview

Salary $64,000 year

The Program Team Lead will provide leadership and support to staff in all areas related to gaining and/or retaining employment and career advancement, while ensuring outstanding customer service to program participants. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure there are professional one-on-one working relationships with participants to assist in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment 
  • Provide guidance and support for staff to ensure positive outcomes and goals are met 
  • Perform bi-weekly caseload reconciliations for staff 
  • Create solutions to participant attendance problems 
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with the staff to ensure that best practices are being used and discuss improvements/goals 
  • Ensure consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up, verifying that post-placement contacts are made as required by the contract 
  • Work with the leadership team on implementing processes that increase customer engagement 
  • Coordinate participant retention services and accommodate participant work schedules 
  • Provide detailed employee training for new hires 
  • Monitor staff performance and participate in staff reviews on a quarterly basis 
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports as needed 
  • Complete monthly Docushare uploads to ensure performance goals are being met 
  • Based on customer demand, may provide case management and follow-up 
  • Other opportunities as available 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks  
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Career Counseling/Customer Service experience required 
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment  
  • Demonstrated telephone, computer and written communication skills 
  • Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require 
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations 
  • A valid driver's license & clean driving record is required
