Overview

Title: Digital Media Producer
Classification: Non-Exempt

Salary: $55,000 year


Scope of Position: The Digital Media Producer is responsible for the development and execution of
marketing strategies in web, mobile, social content, search, and video. This position will create and edit
content that will define the Center’s brand voice, develop a story, and shift strategies according to an
analysis of user engagement. The Digital Media Producer needs the ability to target specific markets with
social content and e-learning tools and analyze their efforts into a scalable business growth model.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
• Market online workshops and assessments
• Create web forms to gather information from potential participants
• Prepare marketing material for virtual services using a creative and innovative approach
• Update various social media platforms on a daily basis
• Collaborate with staff to increase outreach through digital platforms
• Edit digital video and photos
• Create successful relationships with internal and external partners and organizations to gather
content for social media and video projects
• Own texting initiative by working with mobile technology vendor, creating content for the text
messages, sending text messages, and making appropriate referrals to staff and partners when
participants engage in response to the text messaging campaigns
• Evaluate web design following web and accessibility standards
• Create graphics used in websites and manage website content and links
• Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop
content criteria, or choose solutions
• Other opportunities as available

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management, written and verbal communication, and technology skills
• Experience in updating and enhancing social media platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in digital video and photo editing software
• Videography experience
• Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Photoshop experience
• Required travel statewide
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations
