Salary $45,000 year Title: Career Services Navigator Classification: Non-exempt   Scope of Position The  Career Services Navigator position assists in center programs, customer outreach and engagement, virtual and in-person workshops, develops community organizations and partner relationships, referrals, and community resources to improve customer experience to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Support staff according to the needs of the Center.  Maintain a thorough understanding of all programmatic processes, staff roles, and funding sources in order to provide excellent customer service delivery.
