The Career Services Navigator position assists in center programs, customer outreach and engagement, virtual and in-person workshops, develops community organizations and partner relationships, referrals, and community resources to improve customer experience to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of all programmatic processes, staff roles, and funding sources in order to provide excellent customer service delivery.

Position: CareerLink Navigator – Evenings & Weekends

Scope of Position:
- Provide a high-quality customer service experience for incoming calls to the PA CareerLink Philadelphia toll-free line
- Respond timely to all emails received to the PA CareerLink email account
- Support all customers- employers, partners, job seekers, WIOA participants, EARN participants, Youth, guardians of youth, and returning citizens to the appropriate points of contact in the PA CareerLink system
- Provide technical walk-through guidance for the summer-C2L-PHL Youth Employment program, including the summer and school year application process
- Support customers with navigation of virtual services, including those offered on PHL Career Portal and via the C2L-PHL Youth Employment site
